Cliff is the Founder of Cliff Perotti Seminars, an international real estate consulting and training company in Corte Madera, California. He is also the President/CEO of The Perotti Group, a national real estate development and investment company. Cliff has over 23 years of experience in real estate brokerage, leadership and training. Working in both independent offices and corporate franchises has given him a wide-range of experience in the real estate industry. His roles have included branch manager, owner/broker, Business development director, estates specialist and regional trainer. In addition to real estate, his entrepreneurial experience spans the publishing industry, law enforcement industry, game industry, bar/restaurant industry and real estate investment services.
In addition to several national designations, Cliff holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Administration of Justice. As an author, coach, trainer and catalyst, Cliff enjoys helping people unleash their potential. Cliff has been active in teaching and training for more than 16 years for such organizations as the Anthony Schools of Northern California, the Jon Douglas Company, Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, and the California Association of REALTORS®. His areas of instruction have included contract training, pre-licensing courses, standards & ethics, recruiting, brokerage turn-around and culture re-engineering. Cliff is a Master Instructor for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. He has been involved in the Council since 1984 and has held numerous volunteer positions for both the Council and his community throughout his career, having chaired many of them. Cliff’s insights on negotiating, management, training and recruiting have appeared in various real estate publications, most recently in our own
Real Estate Business magazine. He has earned accolades as a business leader, community volunteer, recruiter, trainer and top manager. He is the creator and author of “The Recruiter Paradigm”, a two-day workshop, and the author of
The Real Estate Entrepreneur, the definitive book for launching a real estate company.
Cliff is a lifelong resident of California who counts among his greatest accomplishments, his roles as husband, father, and friend.
