2-day course, 3 CRB Credits
This course focuses on educating brokers, owners and managers about diversity in the real estate profession. It teaches how real estate professionals can increase their sensitivity and adaptability to changing trends, and also covers issues dealing with diversity, fair housing and cultural differences.
- Understand how inclusion is the aim of diversity sensitivity, and how it increases business and reduces company/individual liabilities.
- Apply and practice the One America Principles and fair housing laws.
- Access, analyze, and use U.S. demographic information to understand the impact of current trends on the real estate industry.
- Modify recruiting and retention strategies to attract, train, and retain real estate agents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Develop a business plan, based on inclusion and diversity.
The CRB courses have changed how we analyze our books, agents and long-term retirement plans. They allowed us to pull ourselves out of potential financial ruin and create systems that even my tax accountant has been impressed by.
